03:50 ten times. And if you still have the dots then you guys you could use like an
03:54 eyelash brush or something. If you have it it's like no big deal. Does it really
04:00 matter how much you put on? And I just messed up. It doesn't really matter how
04:06 much you put on as long as like you don't put on too too much that it like
04:11 you can't open your eyes. Like I think some people do so.
