00:00 Hey guys, so Jack is turning one on Monday.
00:03 So, I thought I would make a cake.
00:06 I'm quite into making cakes,
00:07 but they do take some time and thought.
00:09 And now that I'm back at work,
00:10 it's kind of, I don't know,
00:11 it's just difficult finding the time.
00:13 But, I've managed to find what I think looks like
00:15 a fairly easy recipe online.
00:17 And yeah, I just want to do something fun for it.
00:19 I've got my post-work jiggy trousers on.

00:23 280 grams of butter.
00:27 250 grams of soft raisin flour.
00:30 25 grams of cocoa powder.
00:32 250 grams of sugar.
00:35 Five large eggs.
00:37 Couple of drops of this guy, vanilla extract.
00:39 Two teaspoons of baking powder.
00:41 All of this is just the same again,
00:43 'cause I'm gonna make two.
00:44 One is the main base of the monkey,
00:46 and the other is the cake,
00:48 which I'm gonna cut the ears and the nose out of.
00:50 Hopefully it'll make sense.
00:51 You know how most people, when they do cooking videos,
00:53 they have everything laid out in really pretty bowls
00:55 from anthropology and it all looks amazing.
