00:27 Hi guys, so these are the items that you're going to be needing. I use Nair Face Cream.
00:33 I use an old concealer brush. I use a brow pencil or eyeliner pencil, doesn't matter.
00:38 It could be a lip pencil that's nicely sharpened and a tweezer.
00:42 So what I'm going to do is start out by lining my brows.
00:45 The reason why I'm doing this in this video is because I noticed in my last brow grooming video,
00:51 some of you guys were a bit nervous. So I'm doing it this way so that you guys can, you know,
00:57 have more faith in yourself while doing this.
01:00 So you're basically going to stencil out your brow and then go around it with the face cream and the concealer brush.
01:07 You're going to want to pick up a little bit of product at a time and then apply a little at a time and build it up.
01:14 Make sure that all the hairs are covered with the cream and, you know, take your time.
01:19 Okay, you do not want to get this onto your eyelid. Okay, keep it by the brow area.
01:26 Do not bring this down all the way to your lid.
01:30 I had a few of you guys ask me if it burns, if it's painful.
01:34 It does not burn me and it is not painful to me, but I do recommend doing a patch test,
01:40 meaning do a little test with the cream somewhere on your arm or somewhere where no one can see
01:45 and wait 24 to 48 hours before doing this onto your face, even with the face cream. Okay?
01:51 Okay, so I'm going to try and get that as clean and as sharp as I can get it close to our outline of this brow.
02:00 Then I'm going to work on the top part of my brow and I'm using just a little bit of product on the tip part of the brush.
02:05 And you want to take your time with the top. Okay, try not to get this onto your hairline.
02:10 My hairline sometimes connects to my brows if I don't do my brows for months at a time.
02:14 So that's why I do the top part of my brow. Okay?
02:17 So same thing as I did at the bottom and then I connect the two at the tail end part of the brow.
02:23 All right, here I'm just going to shorten a bit the front part of my brow,
02:28 which I usually get a unibrow if I don't do my brows.
02:31 Okay, I also had a question. How often do I do this?
02:35 I actually do this once maybe every 7 to 12 days.
02:41 I maintain it by plucking so it stays pretty nice for a while. Okay?
02:46 And I'm just going to go ahead and finish off the other brow.
02:49 I already outlined it and everything. I think this will be an easier way for you guys to do this.
02:54 This is how I used to do it in the beginning when I first started doing this.
02:57 But then I didn't need it anymore because I knew what type of brow shape I wanted.
03:01 So I stopped doing it.
03:02 But in this video, I want to show you guys an easy way to use the cream without messing up your brows and then getting mad at me.
03:10 You know, try this at your own risk. I'm not forcing you to do this.
03:15 This is just how I do my brows and you guys always ask me.
03:18 I just got a request recently to do an updated brow grooming routine and this is how I do my brows.
03:24 If you prefer to get your brow wax, go and do that.
03:28 I'm not telling you not to do that, but this is how I do my brows. Okay?
03:31 But as you guys can see, I'm just going to add some of the cream to my center part of my brow area where usually a unibrow grows.
03:39 And I have some hairs there. I'm not sure if you guys could tell.
03:42 But I'm going to take those little babies off because they're not cute. Okay?
03:46 Not in my opinion, not in my face.
03:48 Alright, and I'm just going to add that cream there and take those off.
03:53 And this takes about maybe two to three minutes. Okay?
03:56 If you're new at doing this, make sure you do the patch test.
03:59 This is my third time, I think, repeating it. Okay?
04:02 And remember, the skin on your face is different from the skin on your body.
04:06 So you kind of want to do your patch test somewhere where the skin is a bit thinner and a bit more sensitive.
04:11 Alright, you're going to want to make sure you wait only two to three minutes.
04:15 When it's ready to wipe, the hair will have a wavy kind of zigzag appearance.
04:21 Alright, you guys. So now for the top part of my lip, I do get like a little woman's stache.
04:27 So I just apply a bit of this to the top part of my lip and I only leave it on there for maybe a minute and a half.
04:32 Because the hairs on the top part of my lip are very thin.
04:35 Alright, so now after my two minutes, my two to three minutes are up,
04:39 I'm going to go in with this warm, wet washcloth, not hot.
04:44 Alright, and wipe the product off.
04:46 A lot of you guys get nervous when I do this part in my last video.
04:50 Obviously, when you wipe it off, you're going to move fast.
04:53 You're not just going to wipe it away and just have the cream sitting inside of your brows.
04:57 So make sure you're doing this at a sink where you can wipe off the product and wash your face right away.
05:02 I'm doing this in front of camera. So I'm wiping it off and then once I'm done,
05:06 I go to the bathroom and I rinse off my face with warm water, not hot, and very mild soap.
05:13 You do not want to scrub your skin or try using an exfoliator or anything like that,
05:18 at least for about 24 hours, okay?
05:21 You do not want to do that. It's going to irritate your skin.
05:24 Okay, alright. So once I have that wiped off, I'm just going to go and wash off my face.
05:29 Once I have my face washed, I'm going to go ahead and dry it off very gently by pressing,
05:35 not scrubbing or rubbing really hard.
05:37 And this is where the tweezer comes in.
05:39 If you have any random hairs that decided they did not want to leave, you can pluck those right off.
05:44 Usually, I just have one or two. That's about it.
05:47 And it's pretty much painless, you know?
05:52 Okay, but that's pretty much it, you guys.
05:57 You know, you can take your brush spoolie, brush your hairs into place,
06:00 put on a brow gel, a clear one, and you're good to go.
