00:00 Hi everyone, I am a presenter with Younique and I really wanted to make this video because
00:05 a lot of people have come up to me and said, "Well, I really don't want, I really don't
00:10 like makeup.
00:11 I really don't want to wear a lot of makeup in the morning.
00:13 I don't have time to put it on.
00:15 I'm working, I have kids, whatever the reason.
00:18 I don't want to put on makeup if it's going to take more than like 5 to 10 minutes to
00:21 put on."
00:22 And I totally, I totally hear you guys and I'm in the same boat.
00:27 I have two kids and I work full time and I know that time is precious, especially in
00:33 the morning.
00:34 So I really just wanted to show you that it is not impossible to put on makeup and to
00:39 look good for the entire day.
00:41 So I'm going to start out, as you should always start out with your moisturizer.
00:47 This is the Divine Daily Moisturizer.
00:51 A little bit actually goes a long way with this product.
00:53 I've used a lot of different moisturizers in the past and from different department
00:58 stores and I just never was happy with them because I never felt like it was really working
01:04 and I would take it off at the end of the day and my face would be like bone dry and
01:08 actually start peeling.
01:10 And I knew that it wasn't the right product for me.
01:13 So I just want to show you guys that I'm just using a little bit on my finger for the moisturizer
01:19 just to get that in there.
01:21 Like I said, a little bit goes a long way.
01:23 You don't need to use a lot and therefore you don't have to keep buying moisturizer
01:27 over and over and over again because it will last.
01:30 So just quickly putting that all over my face.
01:35 And just wanted to let you know I'm starting out with a blank canvas right now, no makeup,
01:40 just to show you guys how you can go from zero to a hundred in not a lot of time.
01:44 So the next thing that I like to do is, because I tend to have dark circles under my eyes,
01:48 either from lack of sleep or whatever, I like the Younique concealer.
01:55 So just to show you guys, I think you can see that it comes with these little holes.
01:58 It kind of filters out the concealer as a powder and so you don't get all the powder
02:03 all at once.
02:05 And all you need to do is just take your brush, just put a little bit in there.
02:11 You don't need a ton because you're going to put your foundation and other makeup over
02:15 this, but this is just kind of a good base.
02:19 And I forgot to mention that it's always good before you put your makeup on to put on primer.
02:24 I don't have right now because I just ordered it so I'm waiting for it to come in.
02:28 But what the primer does is it will help your makeup stay on all day.
02:32 It actually helps it stick to your face.
02:35 And also if you're wearing eyeshadow, what the primer does is it makes the color stand
02:41 out.
02:42 It actually really makes them pop.
02:44 I'm going to actually do a demonstration of that in a later video just to show you the
02:47 difference with primer and without primer.
02:49 But for today I'm not going to be able to use the primer, but you're still going to
02:53 see a big difference.
02:55 Okay, so what's next is I like to use the BB Flawless liquid foundation to start.
03:02 This is the color Bisque.
03:04 Right now this color is really good for my face.
03:06 Once summer starts and hopefully starts to tan a little bit more, I'll probably go up
03:10 a shade darker, but for now this is perfect.
03:13 Again, I just put a little bit on my finger.
03:17 And I just like liquid because I can use my hands, be super fast, like I said in the morning.
03:23 You don't have a lot of time, you don't want to mess with a lot of makeup, you just want
03:25 to get it on, you want it to go on evenly, and you want to look good most importantly.
03:29 You want to feel good.
03:31 So I'm just spreading that all over my face.
03:36 I love liquid foundation because it just goes on so evenly.
03:39 I've been using it for as long as I can remember.
03:43 That's really quick.
03:45 And then on top of it, I actually do like to do, we have the Mineral Touch pressed powder.
03:50 There's actually two different types of these.
03:52 There's one that's really like a powder texture, and this one, just to show you, it's more
03:57 of like a cream texture.
04:00 So I like to use this on top of the liquid because I just think it helps make everything
04:05 really even in terms of the color.
04:08 You can see I have redness, blemishes on my face, it's not really even.
04:14 And so what this does on top of the liquid is it just kind of evens everything out.
04:21 See the redness starts to go away.
04:25 And I just like knowing that I'm spreading it in and everything's uniform.
04:30 So you just do, it's like one, two, three, all over your face.
04:36 And again, I'm probably going to switch to a darker color once the summer starts.
04:40 But right now, this is actually the Velour color, which is good for my skin tone right
04:46 now.
04:47 So that's all the foundation and concealer and everything's on.
04:52 So now, just to give myself a little bit of a sun-kissed look, I'm using the Beachfront
04:58 bronzer.
05:00 This is the sunset color and it's really, really pretty.
05:04 And yeah, it just basically kind of gives you a look like you've been out in the sun
05:07 when you're really happy because you've been in the office all day or whatever you're doing.
05:13 And I just like to apply this, if you can see, just right at the top of my cheekbone
05:18 and just go up, under the eye, and around, just like this.
05:27 Again, just to give it like a sun-kissed look.
05:31 And then I like to do it kind of all around my forehead, just to give it a little more
05:39 evenness and even tan, without getting the tan.
05:46 And then, I just like to do a quick all around the face, just so it gets even, because I
05:52 tend to be a little pale right now.
05:55 So, if you can see, I think it's spreading really evenly.
06:01 So that's the bronzer.
06:02 So I think we're good with the face.
06:04 Again, super fast, I think that was just a few minutes.
06:08 So right now we're going to concentrate on the eyes, which are really, really important.
06:12 I'm going to start out, actually, with my two favorite pigments, my eyeshadow pigments.
06:18 These are called Sexy and Flirty.
06:20 Flirty is the purple one, sexy is the kind of like beige one.
06:24 Normally when I go to work in the morning, I tend to be a little bit more conservative
06:28 with my colors, and I find that even though this one is a purple, it's a light purple,
06:33 and it gives me the appearance of looking pretty, but not looking like I have too much
06:37 makeup on.
06:39 And so, what I'm going to do, I'm just going to open those up.
06:44 This is kind of how they look, if you can kind of see.
06:47 I also like the concealer, they have holes to kind of filter out the powder so it doesn't
06:50 come out all at once.
06:52 So what I do is, I take my unique deluxe brush, and I actually wet it a little bit, because
07:01 I find that when I put the pigments on and it's wet, it goes on evenly, and it goes on
07:06 a little more creamier, and a little thicker, which is what I like.
07:09 So I'm going to start out with Flirty, which is the purple color, and I just put that in
07:17 very lightly, not too strong, because you know, in the morning, you're going to work,
07:22 or whatever you're doing, you don't want to look like you're wearing too much makeup.
07:26 Weekends are a different story.
07:28 So just do very light on the other side, and it goes in really evenly.
07:37 This is such a pretty color, I love Flirty.
07:40 I love purple, it's actually one of my favorite colors.
07:43 So I just put it over my eyelid, over the crease, not too high, maybe like halfway up
07:49 the eyelid, and so if you can see the purple, that's the Flirty one.
07:55 And then we're going to do Sexy.
07:57 I'm just going to wash my brush in a little bit.
08:01 And then, this is really an easy way to get the powder out, slowly, because it's filtered.
08:07 And this is going to go on the top, just to give a nice little shine, but not too too
08:14 crazy.
08:15 Just perfect for what I need during the week.
08:20 And again, I wet the brush just to put it on a little bit thicker, because I think it
08:26 gives it a better appearance.
08:29 Super pretty.
08:32 Okay.
08:33 So, we are up to the famous 3D mascara!
08:39 It comes in this really pretty case, and what the mascara is, it's actually two things.
08:45 It's actually your gel and your fibers.
08:50 And the fibers are actually made out of 100% green tea, so it's all natural.
08:54 So there is a specific way to apply this, because you want, not only do you want really
08:57 thick lashes, but you want them to stay put for the entire day, and you don't want a mess,
09:02 you just want it to be neat and clean and beautiful.
09:04 So what I do, is I take my transplanting gel, and I just, sorry if I have a mascara face,
09:17 but I just apply that all over my lashes on top, kind of get it in there, a little bit
09:26 on the bottom.
09:27 And then right away, before the gel has a chance to dry, I apply my fibers on top of
09:37 that.
09:38 And don't worry if it looks like the fibers are a little loose, because you're going to
09:43 seal it again with another coat of gel right after this.
09:47 Some nice long lashes.
09:51 Gorgeous.
09:52 Okay.
09:54 And then one more coat of the transplanting gel, just to seal it in there.
09:59 Not too much.
10:02 Okay.
10:03 So pretty.
10:04 And this just seals it in.
10:07 You can see the difference.
10:10 And just zigzag a little bit, make it more even.
10:17 There we go.
10:22 Just take a little piece off there.
10:27 Good.
10:28 So that looks beautiful.
10:29 So I'm just going to repeat it on the other side of my face.
10:33 I'm going to do the other eye.
10:36 Just zigzag it, get it in there.
10:44 Okay, so I did that.
10:47 Repeat with the fibers.
10:48 It's like a one, two, three approach.
10:53 Gel, fiber, gel.
10:55 That's all you need to do.
10:58 That's the only mantra you need to remember is gel, fiber, gel.
11:02 Really easy.
11:03 And what it does is, I mean, it looks like you're wearing fake lashes, but it's actually
11:06 all natural lashes.
11:08 It's all your lashes.
11:10 You're just embellishing a little bit.
11:15 So pretty.
11:16 Okay.
11:17 And that's it.
11:18 Those are your lashes.
11:19 Gorgeous lashes.
11:20 Just beautiful, beautiful, beautiful.
11:21 So I'm going to put that away.
11:29 And finally, the last step in my morning routine, of course you could always do a lot more makeup,
11:33 but I think this is perfect for whatever you need to do to get you through the day.
11:36 My last step is actually going to be my lip stain.
11:40 You can see it.
11:41 This is a skittish color.
11:43 It's a little more pink and fun.
11:45 You know, I feel like I'm a little more conservative with the rest of my face.
11:47 I can just be a little bit more just fun with my lips.
11:51 And just get that out.
11:57 And of course there's other colors.
11:58 If you want to do not so pink, if you want to do a little more red, we have the color,
12:03 or I should say a lighter pink would be the shy color.
12:06 This one is skittish.
12:09 And then if you want to go crazy, we have this gorgeous dark purple.
12:12 It's called Savvy.
12:13 It's, oh my god, it's amazing.
12:16 So this just has to dry right now.
12:19 So it goes on wet.
12:21 And the greatest thing about this product is it is, we call it smooch proof, smudge proof.
12:28 It is not only beautiful, but it doesn't come off during the entire day.
12:33 It doesn't matter what you're eating, you're drinking.
12:35 It will stay on with you.
12:36 If you don't take it off before you go to bed, you will wake up with it.
12:39 It's just gorgeous and it stays on and it's a matte finish as opposed to the lip gloss.
12:44 And kind of just let this dry for a second.
12:47 The last step that I like to do is my lip liner.
12:50 I like to use, this is Primal.
12:54 It's really pretty and I think it goes really well over the lip stain.
12:59 Kind of gives it a little extra.
13:02 And again, these colors will not come off the entire day unless you take them off with
13:07 either a makeup remover or even soap and water.
13:11 But just general eating and drinking are not going to make it come off.
13:15 So just do a little here.
13:21 So pretty.
13:22 I hope you guys can see that.

13:27 Alright, so that is basically it in a nutshell.
13:31 That is all the makeup you really need.
13:33 Start with your moisturizer, do your foundation, your concealer.
13:36 You want a little more of a sun-kissed look, do your bronzer.
13:39 Little bit of eye shadow, mascara for the eyes.
13:41 A little lip stain and maybe a pencil just to accentuate your lips and you're ready to
13:46 go.
13:47 You're ready to go and start your day and look great the entire day.
