00:26 I'm going to be showing you some incredibly easy hairstyles
00:29 that you can rock this holiday season
00:31 with your natural waves of curls.
00:33 And I assure you that these are going
00:36 to be very, very easy hairstyles that you can achieve,
00:40 because I am not super talented when
00:44 it comes to styling my hair.
00:45 So if I can do this, then you can do this too.
00:50 Also, I just wanted to mention really quickly,
00:51 I feel like during the holiday season,
00:54 especially, many people feel like they
00:57 need to have super, super polished, beautiful curls
01:01 or straight hair.
01:02 And I just want to show you that you
01:03 can rock your waves or curls in your natural hair
01:06 this holiday season.
01:07 So let's go ahead and jump on in.

01:15 Let's get started.
01:16 All right, guys.
01:16 So to begin, I'm going to start by clipping
01:18 in a couple of my Luxie Hair extensions,
01:20 really just for a little bit more volume
01:22 and just fabulousness to the looks.
01:24 As many of you know, your Luxie Hair extensions
01:27 come very sleek and beautiful.
01:29 And they're fabulous, but they just
01:31 don't match my hair texture incredibly well,
01:33 because I have waves in my hair, I have curls in my hair,
01:37 and my hair is a little bit more textured and a little fuzzy,
01:41 you know?
01:41 Just a little bit.
01:42 So I do have a video that we'll be linking in the description
01:44 box down below that will show you
01:47 how I created some curly extensions in my Luxies
01:51 and then also some waves in my Luxies
01:54 so that it can kind of blend more seamlessly
01:57 with my natural hair texture, kind of rough them up
01:59 a little bit, you know?
02:00 A little sea salt will do the trick.

02:04 I'm going to go ahead and pop these in,
02:05 and then I'm going to show you guys the first look.

02:22 OK, so now that I have three wefts of hair locked in--
02:25 and let me just say, I mean, I just
02:27 think it blends so beautifully and seamlessly with my hair.
02:30 It is unreal, y'all.
02:32 So for this very first look, I put all of the hair
02:34 on this side, because we're going
02:35 to be doing a very, very deep side part over here.
02:39 So I would recommend taking a comb like this
02:42 and just parting your hair very deep and dramatic,
02:47 just like this.

02:52 All right, guys.
02:53 So now that we have deep parted our hair on this side,
02:56 we're going to go ahead and create a braid on this side.
02:58 You can choose to do a regular braid, a fishtail braid,
03:02 a two-stranded braid, whatever type of braid you want to do.
03:05 I'm going to keep it super simple
03:07 and do a two-stranded braid.
03:09 The tighter you do this, the kind of edgier of a look
03:13 it's going to be.
03:14 I think this is a very fun, trendy option
03:16 that I've been seeing lately.
03:17 It's just kind of cool and interesting for the holiday
03:20 season.
03:20 So with a two-stranded braid, you're
03:22 just going to go ahead and take a little tiny bit of hair
03:25 to start out with and take two pieces, twist them tightly,
03:32 and then add some more hair to that front piece and twist.
03:38 Add more hair to the front piece and twist,
03:42 and just keep doing it all the way to the bottom.

03:55 Once you get to the bottom, go ahead and tie an elastic,
03:57 and then you can just bobby pin your hair to the back
04:01 and hide it.
04:03 And then you can have this very cool, sleek braid
04:07 on this side with a lot of volume and drama on the other.

04:16 All right, now this next look is definitely
04:18 the most feminine and just pretty and soft look.
04:22 I love to rock my hair half up and half down all the time.
04:26 My favorite thing is just to have my hair out of my face.
04:28 I don't know about you guys.
04:30 So I'm going to start by putting my hair half up,
04:33 and you're going to want to take your thumbs,
04:35 take them right in front of your ears, and just pull up.
04:38 And we're going to use a thinner hair tie.
04:42 You don't want to use a thick elastic.
04:46 So just use a little thin one.
04:50 Give yourself a little knot at the top.
04:55 Once you have your hair elastic in,
04:56 you just want to pull it taut and pull it out
04:59 so there's a little bit more volume.
05:01 And you can have some little waves or curls
05:04 hanging around your face.
05:05 Pull it all to the front.
05:07 And at this point, you can jazz up this look,
05:10 whether you want to add a little leather band
05:13 and put it around there.
05:15 You can add some hair, braid it, and wrap it around.
05:18 You can kind of jazz this look up really however you want.
05:21 Make it as dressy or casual as you prefer.
05:24 For me personally today, I'm going
05:25 to try to give this look a little bit more volume
05:27 and a little bit more of a polished feel.
05:29 So I'm going to go ahead and take this leather band
05:32 and wrap it around my hair tie so
05:37 that it looks nice and polished.
05:38 Now for a little bit more volume in the ponytail,
05:41 I'm going to go ahead and add a clip about this big that
05:43 matches my hair pretty well.
05:45 And I'm going to clip it right behind and underneath this
05:49 to kind of lift up our pony a little bit.
05:52 And at this point, you can go ahead and add in some
05:55 of your Luxie hair extensions.
05:56 Or if you feel that your hair is already thick enough,
05:59 then totally just leave it like this.
06:01 I'm going to go ahead and add a couple wefts.

06:06 Last but certainly not least, we have a little bit more
06:14 of a casual half up, half down do from the last one.
06:17 But you can definitely dress this up
06:19 and make this as dressy or casual as you want it to be.
06:23 So with this look, you're going to keep some of these pieces
06:26 framing your face and kind of pull
06:29 from the crown of your head.
06:31 You're just going to want to pull a decent amount of hair
06:33 up, and we're going to kind of create a cute little bun up
06:38 here.
06:38 It's just a very tousled, kind of messy look.
06:41 I just like to wrap some hair on the top of my head,
06:45 just kind of wrap it into a little bun.
06:47 And like I said, we're still going
06:48 to be keeping these face framing pieces, which I love
06:52 and just think is so kind of just like feminine and elegant.
06:56 So we're just going to twist this up,
06:58 and then we're going to add some bobby pins.
07:00 OK, once we have our bun locked into place,
07:02 you're going to want to just kind of like tousle it,
07:04 kind of stretch it out, make it as big or as little as you
07:07 want.
07:08 And then you can add some little holiday, festive things to it.
07:13 So whether you want to wrap like silver sparkly bands around it
07:17 to match your dress, or if you wanted to add like a gold cup,
07:21 you can kind of create whatever festive holiday look you want.
07:25 So I'm going to jazz this bun up real quick and be right back.
