The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) may decide not to participate in the Asia Cup due to the stubbornness of the Indian Cricket Board and the rejection of the hybrid model by the Asian Cricket Council (ACC). According to Indian media reports, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and Afghanistan will not support the hybrid model proposed by the PCB, due to which it is expected that Pakistan may decide not to participate in the Asia Cup scheduled for September this year.
