MARK & SUMLEY - Nice Things Singer-Songwriter, Folk, Country, Baroque Pop 1970.
Hard to find 1960's folk album by the Michigan duo of Mark Dutil and Ray Sumley. Has an introspective folk-rock sound in an early Simon & Garfunkel vein. Great cover version of Bob Dylan’s hit “Lay Lady Lay" with harmony vocals. The album was produced and arranged by a young Milt Okun who went on to produce albums for some of the greatest folk groups of the 1960's such as Peter Paul and Mary, The Chad Mitchell Trio, The Brothers Four, and John Denver.
