00:18 I wanted to talk about a beginner's makeup kit kind of video
00:21 It's specially designed for those people who have just started getting to makeup recently or they're less familiar
00:27 With all those products out there in the market my advice to anyone who's just starting off with makeup
00:32 Is that you can buy different types of products a lot of different types?
00:36 But you should only buy one of every type of product in that way you are saving money
00:41 You are forcing yourself to actually look for the best one out of that lot and to actually have a perfect
00:47 Collection in the end with everything you need and all your essentials
00:51 I've compiled mostly drugstore products because I believe that you don't have to spend a fortune to actually buy good quality
00:57 Products and I believe that there are actually a lot of good brands out there in the drugstore as well the first product
01:02 I have my makeup bag is a foundation
01:04 I would say that foundation is probably the first thing you should buy if you're looking to makeup as a beginner
01:09 Because my foundation is pretty much like the foundation of all your makeup it will even out your skin tone
01:15 It will hide any blemishes or imperfections or scars that you have on your face
01:19 And it just gives your face a much more perfect look the one I have here is the Revlon colorstay foundation in the shade

01:35 The second thing I have you is a brow pencil and a spoolie thing at the end so pretty much
01:41 After foundation I think the next important thing is to do your brows if you've got really full looking brows
01:48 And don't worry about it, but if you've got really sparse short
01:52 Not obvious brows, then I think that a brow pencil is really important
01:56 I think brows kind of frame your face
01:58 So I think having a brow pencil or brow gel or whatever you find in the drugstore is actually really important next
02:04 I want to move on to the eyes so there's kind of like a saying that the eyes are the windows to your soul
02:08 So when you interact with someone the first thing you probably really notice is their eyes
02:12 When you're speaking with someone you obviously look at their eyes
02:15 So eyes are actually really important
02:17 And I think eye makeup is also essential to any beginner to makeup first of all before you buy any eyeliner or eyeshadow
02:24 I think it's really important to have a primer so this primer is from Urban Decay
02:28 It is pretty much well-known primer everyone on YouTube talks about it. It is a very safe option
02:35 I bought this online from eBay or something eye primer is essential to keep your eyeshadow lasting longer
02:40 making the colors actually vibrant and visible on your eyes and just
02:44 Preventing any oils from seeping through and kind of making your eyelids look really oily
02:48 The next thing you want for your eyes is some sort of eyeshadow or eyeliner you can go in without eyeshadow
02:54 I think however if you're actually interested in eyeshadow, then I have these two suggestions for you
02:59 This one is the Lorac Pro palette and this one is the Naked 2 palette also the Naked 1 palette is good too
03:05 My suggestion is to actually purchase only one eye palette out there that you think will be most suitable for you for
03:11 Numerous occasions and to just save up and spend your money on one eyeshadow palette
03:17 Let me firstly show you the Naked 2 palette so as you can see it comes with a brush

03:24 You can do very light to natural makeup and then on the second half of the palette is like more dark eyeshadow
03:29 So you can do smoky eyes for more for more formal occasions special events and stuff like that
03:34 I think that this eyeshadow palette is perfect the mirror is really massive as well, so that's perfect for any beginner

04:09 You can choose whatever eyeliner you like, but I highly recommend the Maybelline Eye Studio gel eyeliner

04:21 Mascara now moving on to face makeup. I would firstly say you should have a nice blush for your collection
04:28 So the ones I would actually really recommend is the Maybelline Master Highlight by Face Studio
04:34 Highlighting blush this one is kind of like a duo purpose it serves as a highlighter, and it also serves as a blush
04:40 So it's containing shimmer, but not glitter, and it's perfect for creating this healthy looking skin on you today

04:48 So there's like highlighting in the white area and then the pink area is the blush
04:52 It also comes with a mirror and a brush, so I think that's really convenient
04:57 I think that as a beginner you wouldn't really need a bronzer unless you really like that chiseled
05:03 Bronzed look however if you're into bronzer. I would highly recommend the Benefit Hoola bronzer
05:09 It is actually not too orangey, but not too brown. The powder looks like that. It's really pretty. It's perfect

05:22 I would say that a lip product is a must in any beginners bag
05:26 I would highly recommend you to go with something that's a tint now or a stain

05:46 Staining it is actually perfect so when you're on the go when you're doing something the color doesn't actually

05:54 It's just really low maintenance, and it's just really creamy and moisturizing as well because it is a balm
