09:00 treat it as such. It is clear that it scares us, but because in general as human beings we are
09:04 scared of the new, it has always happened so, even before Artificial Intelligence. A big
09:10 novelty, a big change, a new tool on the market is coming, and the fact of not knowing it
09:14 puts us in trouble. So first of all it is important in my opinion to learn to know what
09:18 are the opportunities that Artificial Intelligence offers us and then understand how to use it in
09:23 our work to do it better, precisely because we must treat it as a tool. The phrase is often said
09:29 that Artificial Intelligence will steal our work. I don't believe that, but it is likely that
09:35 the work is stolen by someone who knows how to use Artificial Intelligence. So
09:39 rather than being scared, perhaps this is the time to return to training, to put it there and
09:44 study it seriously to understand what are the opportunities that open up to us and how we can
09:48 make it become part of our daily life. Multidisciplinary training is essential.
09:53 We must work a lot on multidisciplinarity. To train innovators of the future,
09:59 everyone must make an effort to enter with one foot, two feet, the whole body,
10:05 even in the area to their old ones. I am referring to the fact that typically and historically
10:10 people in the STEM field do not penetrate the humanistic world much and vice versa. This is no longer
10:17 admissible in general because we are a completely changed society compared to
10:21 when certain training systems were conceived. Second, because in innovation this
10:26 contamination is the gold of the Klondike. It is there that the best is born. It is not only by vertically
10:33 combining a strong skill in an area that you can be a professional in the future. So
10:38 multidisciplinarity can be done regardless of the school course
10:43 done at that point. We believe that even on graduates you can do a great job of this
10:49 type. Better yet on graduates, but you have to intervene in time because this new mentality is
10:53 born. A scenario in which new professional figures are also facing. Among the future professions
11:00 there are certainly those related to artificial intelligence. There are some that are
11:05 just being born with the arrival of artificial intelligence. That is why, as I said before,
11:09 we must not only be afraid, but also open new opportunities, that is, needs that
11:13 until today we did not have and that instead today we have because this new tool has arrived on the
11:19 market. So that is certainly a sector to keep an eye on. There will be new professions
11:23 in five years that today we can't even consider because we can't even imagine them,
11:28 that will become the normality within a company. Something is already being seen, especially in
11:33 job ads abroad. So keep an eye on that stuff because soon we will probably
11:38 see it also in the Italian market.
