QEEMA PARATHA {stuffed mince paratha }

00:00 bismillah hir rahman irr raheem,assalam o alaikum viewers today i m going to share a very delicious recipe with you
00:14 this is keema paratha
00:19 so lets note down the ingredients we need
00:23 for this recipe we need flour, i have already shown you how to make paratha in a previous video
00:30 so this is the same flour i have used, i have kneaded 2 cups of flour
00:35 we also need mince for this recipe, you can use beef or chicken
00:41 i am using 350 grams of mince
00:45 first of all we will add 1 big onion to the mince and grate it with a grater
00:53 3 big green chillies, i have chopped them very fine not very fine
00:58 1/2 bunch of mint leaves,i have chopped them very fine
01:05 1 tsp coriander seeds,1 tsp cumin seeds, i have dry roasted them and coarsely grind them
01:15 1 tbsp garlic paste,1 tsp ginger paste,2 tbsp tamarind water
01:24 3/4 tsp salt or to taste,1 tsp red chilli powder,1/2 tsp turmeric,1/2 tsp garam masala,1 tbsp khatai powder
01:40 i have taken 1 tbsp oil in a pan
01:44 now i will add mince first
01:49 and add ginger garlic paste
01:56 and fry it with ginger garlic paste
02:04 mince has changed its color and its water is almost dry
02:11 now add all the spices
02:19 mix it well
02:27 you can use this mince filling in any filling
02:33 now add tamarind water
02:40 mix it well
02:48 add roasted cumin seeds
02:56 mix it well
02:58 and because this is beef mince so chicken mince will be ready in a minute
03:09 but because this is beef mince i will add little water and cook it for 5,7 minutes
03:15 so now i have added 1/2 cup of water in it
03:20 cover it and cook it for 5,7 minutes on high flame
03:30 now i have cooked it on high flame for a while
03:37 water is almost dry so i turn the flame on high
03:45 now add onions,i could add onions before but it will be soft and we don't want it to be too soft.
03:56 now mix it on high flame and cook it till the water is dry.
04:11 add green chilies and mint leaves
04:23 you can add mint and coriander leaves but i prefer to add mint and green chilies in mince paratha.
04:42 but you can use both if you want.
04:52 now i will cook it on high flame till the water is dry and it will be fried completely.
05:00 so i have made 4 pedas like this
05:08 now i will put the dough on a plate and spread it on the board
05:16 i will make it 4 times bigger than the size of the board
05:30 i will show you the first paratha without the ball and then i will show you the paratha with ball.
05:43 so i have made 2 pedas of same size
05:47 now i will put the chicken filling on it
05:54 don't put too much
05:56 just enough to hold it
06:00 i put the filling on the edges
06:06 now i will put the second peda on it
06:12 now i will close the edges like this.
06:18 i close the edges and the simple paratha is ready.
06:28 now i will fold it like this.
06:41 and put it on the tawa
06:42 first it will be fried from one side and then i will flip it and cook it from other side.
06:51 now it is fried from one side and i will flip it
06:57 and i will cook it from other side
07:02 and i will put some ghee on the sides

07:13 and now i will press it like this and cook it on medium flame.
07:21 this is a very simple paratha that i have made for beginners
07:31 so this method is for those who don't know how to make paratha.

07:47 now i will put it on a plate and remove it.

08:04 this is a heavy paratha and it is not liked by everyone because it will contain ghee.
08:12 i will put some ghee on it and sprinkle some dry flour on it.

11:01 and now i will turn it and cook it from other side.
11:09 so it is cooked from one side now i will turn it.
11:13 and i will put some ghee on it and put it in the middle.
11:25 and i will cook it from all sides.
11:45 and now it is ready to serve.
12:13 so delicious keema parathas are ready now.
12:19 serve them with salad,chutney,raita and pickle.
12:27 give it to your kids they will love it.
