PM investigation is 'obviously serious' says Starmer

Sir Keir Starmer says the fact that the Prime Minister is being investigated by a parliamentary watchdog is "obviously serious", saying Rishi Sunak "needs to clear this up" and invites him to publish his register of interests "so we can see what it is".
