00:04 The Change Lab Italy 2030 observatory, made by Gruppa Ama Assicurazioni, has arrived at its third edition.
00:10 The investigation, which aims to investigate the main trends that will change people's lifestyles by 2030,
00:17 this year analyzed the relationship between Italians and their homes, focusing on the main fears emerging in relation to the domestic walls.
00:24 Research confirms that after the lockdown, where the home environment had become a prison from which one could not leave,
00:30 the house has returned to being a space to live in. In fact, compared to the past, people's habits have changed,
00:36 they spend more time in their homes, but they continue to want to feel protected, as happened during the last pandemic crisis.
00:43 At the end of the lockdown, a change in the position, role and conception of the house was evident.
00:52 From a space to live in, it has become a space to work in, through smart working or other activities.
01:02 It has also taken on a strong dimension of representation, a place where I receive my friends, where I invest,
01:11 by changing furniture, by composing the decor, the background, where I represent myself, for example on social networks.
01:19 It has become a multi-dimensional bubble of intimacy, in which I intend to carry out all the activities that are relevant to me.
01:29 The main change is that of the need to protect the house. Groupama proposes a product that is more than a product.
01:39 Casa senza confini, its name, is a protective environment composed of modules, ranging from traditional covers,
01:51 fire, theft, tearing of tiles, to new uses, new ways of occupying the house,
01:58 in particular by offering a module dedicated to domestic animals, which today take a more important place in everyday life,
02:07 and in particular in the home.
02:10 Research shows that the future house for Italians must be sustainable and green,
02:14 in order to enjoy high energy efficiency, a large green space and sustainable rents.
02:20 Many people want a more technological house and plan to buy more digital devices.
02:27 Many, on the other hand, give up the bathroom for the shower, save space, water and maybe not even time.
02:35 Then, above all, they often give up the library, because they read a lot on digital supports.
02:41 But even some of them give up the garage or the kitchen, because they order cars and also food on the apps.
02:49 What everyone has always wanted, however, is a house that gives well-being, for itself and for others, even the virtual ones, I would add.
