Malai Chicken is a creamy chicken dish prepared in the Indian tradition in which marinated chicken is cooked in a hot masala and cream. It has a very distinct flavor and exceptionally tender chicken chunks. It pairs well with Indian flatbreads like paratha, roti, and butter naan.
