McDonald’s, one of the largest fast-food chains in the world, will temporarily close its corporate offices in the US this week, the Wall Street Journal reported. This comes amid rumours of a fresh round of layoffs. Last week the company sent an email to its employees to start working from home from Monday to Wednesday, reported the Wall Street Journal.
