In Shillong's Nongthymai Lawjynriew , once again sensation spread after the dismembered body parts of a person were found. It is to be known that a few days back a mummified head with long hair was recovered from this place.More than a week after the head was found, passers-by again informe the police of a man's body parts
According to the sources, passersby saw the limbs at around 3 pm on 26 March 2023 and immediately informed the police.Investigation into the case is still on, police sources informed while refusing to divulge further details.
Recently, police recovered a ‘mummified head’ with long hair from the Nongthymmai area.Police said that the recovery was made from the roadside on the way from IIM Nongthymmai towards Madanriting.It is yet to be established whether the mummified head and the limbs belong to the same individual.Whose body parts are these, it is not yet known, the police is investigating the case
