London headlines 6th March: Sarah Everard’s killer has 19 months added to jail time for previous offences

The Met Police officer who raped and murdered Sarah Everard has been given a further jail term for previous indecent exposure offences. Wayne Couzens, who was a serving officer at the time of the offences, has been sentenced on three counts. He's had an extra nineteen months tacked on to his sentence.

And - Video footage of a man armed with a machete has been released by police investigating a robbery in Islington. The man made off with money and cigarettes after entering the Canonbury shop at around eleven pm on October the tenth last year. Police are releasing the CCTV in the hopes someone will recognise the suspect and get in touch.

Last - Make-up brand Sephora is opening its first-ever UK store in London. The new store, in London's Westfield White City, will span a huge six thousand square feet to provide customers with exciting new products and on-hand beauty advisors for the first time.
