MPD readies 32 'Libreng Sakay' vehicles amid transport strike

At least 32 police service vehicles were inspected by Manila Police District (MPD) Director Police Brigadier General Andre Dizon in the MPD headquarters in Manila on March 4, 2023. These vehicles will be used for the Oplan Libre Sakay starting on Monday, March 6, 2023, to help commuters that will be affected by the one-week transport strike. (MB Video by Juan Carlo de Vela)
