Superhund Krypto und Superman. Die beiden besitzen die gleichen Superkräfte und kämpfen in Metropolis Seite an Seite gegen das Verbrechen. In Hund Ace, Hängebauchschwein PB, Schildkröte Merton und Eichhörnchen Chip findet er Verbündete. Doch erst einmal muss Krypto die bunt zusammengewürfelte Heimtier-Bande davon überzeugen, ihre neu entdeckten Kräfte zur Rettung der Superhelden einzusetzen.
