Asia's best female chef for 2023 is a Filipino. Chef Johanne Siy, head chef at 'Lolla' in Singapore, was voted by members of regional restaurant group "Asia's 50 Best Restaurants Academy" as best female chef of the year.
She became only the second Filipina and the first Singapore-based chef to win the prestigious award.
