Philippine Red Cross (PRC) Chairman and CEO Richard Gordon calls for donations for earthquake-hit Turkey but also says that the organization is preparing should a similar disaster hit the country. Gordon shares more in this interview with The Manila Times on Friday, Feb. 10, 2023.
