The set-up of this short was stolen from a script written by Douglas Hall. The script was pitched by producers Howard and Karen Baldwin to Jack Davis of Crypt TV, who had an association with the actors. Douglas Hall wrote this script in 2004, and it is registered with the WGA, and Copywritten. From time to time, no-talent thieves try to rip off the script and create their own version. It is currently optioned with a real producer.
