Dave Lowe, branch secretary of Wigan Trades Council, at a rally to show support for workers on strike, held at Market Place, Wigan town centre. On a day that's been named as 'Walk Out Wednesday' as teachers, university lecturers, train drivers and civil servants are amongst the hundred of thousands of workers on strike today, in separate disputes over pay, jobs and conditions.
