The Elizabeth Manley Winter Skate is the 13th Provincial Series event of the 2022/2023 season. This event has qualifying categories for the 2023 Skate Ontario Provincial Championships. Categories featured at this event include STAR 5, STAR 6, STAR 7, STAR 8, STAR 9, STAR 10, Gold, Pre-Juvenile, Juvenile, Pre-Novice, Novice, Junior and Senior Freeskate, Ice Dance, Pairs, Artistic and Adult. This event will also feature STAR 3 and STAR 4 Synchronized Skating Category.
