Here is Part 04 of the ‘Left Foot Buildup’ series!
In this video, I repeat a steady back-beat with my hands, and combine it with all possible 16th-note patterns we can have in a single beat - from no notes to all four of them and back again - with my left foot, while at the same time performing the fourth of the sixteen patterns (an eighth note after an eighth note rest) with my right foot.
The entire series was recorded and filmed at my home studio in Thessaloniki, Greece.
