Pop-star Mel C has announced she's pulling out of a New Year's Eve concert in Poland. She didn't specify why - but her decision has been praised by members of the LGBT community. The Polish authorities and the television company that was going to broadcast the concert have been widely criticised for their attitudes to gay rights. The BBC's Tim Allman reports.
