New details surrounding the death of Stephen "tWitch" Boss have come to light. ET learned that Stephen "tWitch" Boss had left a letter stating that Stephen "tWitch" Boss could no longer continue. Specific details about the contents of Stephen 'tWitch' Boss suicide note will not be provided.

As previously reported, The Ellen DeGeneres Show DJ and producer passed away from a self-inflicted head injury earlier this week. He was 40 .
An ET for the Los Angeles Forensic Coroner previously told the ET that an autopsy was performed on Wednesday and poison is pending.
Stephen 'tWitch' Boss was found dead in a motel room on Tuesday. ET confirmed that he checked into the Oak Tree Inn in Encino, California, on Monday, less than a mile from the home of Stephen 'tWitch' Boss. When he didn't check out at 11am the next morning pacific time, the housekeeping staff and manager knocked on the door "constantly". When no one answered, the management opened the door, saw a body on the floor, and immediately called the police.
A representative of the Los Angeles Police Department's Media Relations Division told ET, "At approximately 11:20 a.m. on December 13, 2022, West Valley Division officers answered the radio call' Ambulance Mortality Investigation' at a motel Investigators determined that the deceased died of self-inflicted wounds and showed no signs of foul play. Los Angeles County Coroner's office."
The death of Stephen 'tWitch' Boss was also confirmed in a statement to ET by his wife, Allison Holker.
"With all my heart, I must share that my husband Stephen has left us," she said. "Stephen lights up every room he walks into. He values family, friends and community above all else and leading with love and light is everything to him. He is the mainstay of our team. our family, the greatest husband and father, and an inspiration to .fans."
Holker concludes: “To say he left a legacy would be an overstatement and his positive impact will continue to be felt. "I'm sure there won't be a day that goes by that we don't honor his memory. We ask for privacy during this difficult time for myself and especially for my three children. ours."
A source close to the family said Holker is surrounded by a lot of friends and family and is trying to cope as best as possible with their children.
Stephen 'tWitch' Boss is survived by Holker and their three children, Weslie, 14, Maddox, 6, and Zaia, 3.
