Ukraine: Odesa plunged into darkness after drone attacks

The southern Ukrainian city of Odesa plunged into darkness following Russian drone attack by "kamikaze drones". "We don't have electricity in most of the city. There was no water but now it is back, thanks to God," says Ludmila, resting in a tent where people can charge their phones and keep warm.

On Sunday, regional governor Maksym Marchenko said power was "gradually" returning to Odesa and that 300,000 people had no electricity.
