This is another request. Originally a violinist, Ben Selvin (to whom the pseudonym Ariel Dance Orchestra referred) probably made more records than any other bandleader from the late 1910's through the 1930's. After his recording career he remained active in record business as artistic director till the 1960's. This lovely arrangement was recorded in 1931. Vocal by Helen Rowland. Additional personnel included: Jimmy and Tommy Dorsey; Dick McDonogh, guitar; Manny Klein, trumpet and Arthur Schutt, piano.
