Tawa Biryani Ingredients: 3 cups of Water 2 Bay Leaves, 4 Green Cardamom Pods, 1-inch Cinnamon Stick, 3 Cloves, 1 tbsp of salt, 1 tsp of ghee. 1½ cups of Basmati Rice 1 tbsp of Ghee, 1 tsp of Cumin Seeds, 1 Bay Leaf, 1-inch Cinnamon Stick, 1 Black Cardamom. 1 Onion (chopped) 1 tbsp of Ginger-Garlic Paste.
2 Carrots (chopped) 8 French Beans (chopped) ½ a cup of Green Peas 2 Potatoes (chopped)
1 tsp of Cumin Powder, ½ tsp of Turmeric powder, 2 tsp of Red Chilli powder, 1 tbsp of Coriander powder, 1 tsp of Biryani Masala, 1 tsp of Salt, ½ tsp of Cardamom powder, And 2-3 Green chillis (slit).
½ cup of Whisked curd. 1 tbsp of Kewra water. 2 pinches of Biryani masala, 1 tsp of Ghee, Fried Onions, 2-3 tbsp of Saffron milk, Green Coriander Leaves (chopped) Mint Leaves (chopped) Saffron strands.
