Shahril Hamdan announced his resignation as the Umno information chief on Sunday (Nov 20).
He also called for Datuk Seri Dr Ahmad Zahid Hamidi’s resignation as Barisan Nasional chairman in light of the coalition’s performance in the 15th General Election.
