Lauki Kofta Curry Recipe


Ingredients:
Bottle Gourd (lauki) 300 gram
Besan 1/4 cup
Chilli powder 2 tspn
Turmeric powder 1/2 tspn
Garam masala 1/4 tspn
Coriander powder 1 tspn
2 Onion
1 Tomato
ginger 1 inch
garlic 10-12 cloves
cumin seeds 1/2 tspn
Oil
Salt a per taste
