Melanie Bryan OBE DL representing the Lord Lieutenant of Greater Manchester joins the Mayor of Wigan Coun Marie Morgan, The Bridgers - Howe Bridge community group and members of the community in a tree-planting ceremony, with a rowan tree, one which formed the tree-of trees outside Buckingham Palace, part of the 21-metre-high sculpture was designed to draw attention to the Queen's Green Canopy tree-planting campaign for the Queen's Platinum Jubilee, planted at Colliers Corner, Howe Bridge.
