Brazil reacts to Lula's election victory

Supporters of former Brazil president Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva shed tears of joy and hug each other as they celebrate victory in Rio de Janeiro. Lula won a new term in office, capping a remarkable political comeback to defeat far-right incumbent Jair Bolsonaro in a deeply divisive, down-to-the-wire runoff election.
