Great British Bake Off's Rahul Mandal talks new book, showstopper cakes at home and still working in Sheffield

Rahul Mandal, the 2018 GBBO series champion, is releasing his first book after he won the show. The superstar baker works in Nuclear science at the University of Sheffield and shared his passion for cakes and the city with The Star.
