: "I recorded this clip of the northern lights about 100 miles north of the arctic circle in Alaska! This was near a town called Coldfoot, the only on the road up to the Arctic Ocean (Deadhorse). This is life on the Dalton Highway - beautiful back country and amazingly pretty nights! It is one of the most desolate and dangerous roads in the world, but aurora chasing up here makes those risks very much worth it!"
