Reed Hits the Winner as Cottagers Come from Behind in Five-Goal Thriller to Go Sixth in Prem Table

FULHAM produced an astonishing flurry of three goals in just five minutes to complete a City Ground comeback that lifted Marco Silva's men into the top six.

Tosin Adarabioyo for Fulham after Taiwo Awoniyi gave Forest an early lead.

But then a spectacular goal from Joao Palhina, followed by Harrison Reed's first Fulham goal, turned the game upside down.

In just five minutes and 18 seconds, Silva's team took command of the game, and could have had more.

But Forest made life uncomfortable in the closing stages after substitute Lewis O'Brien set up a grandstand finish with 13 minutes to go.

It was another worrying game for Forest boss Steve Cooper, whose team has now lost four games in a row.

Fulham must have done their homework as the game followed the same pattern as Forest's loss to Bournemouth.

Forest then squandered a two-goal lead as the Cherries fought back to win 3-2.

This time, Cooper could only see what was practically a replay unfolding in front of him.

The Welshman celebrates a year at the helm of Forest this week.
