Khumbli - The justice system of Haati Tribe

There are 14 castes living in 154 panchayats in trans Giri area of Himachal Pradesh, known as Hattis. The river Tons separate this area form Jaunsar Bawar of Uttarakhand. But the culture, religion and social structure is same on the both sides of this river. But the people living on the Uttarakhand side are declared scheduled tribe in year 1967, but Hattis are still fighting to get this status. In this episode we are trying to understand their costmary law system.
