The Electric Flag - album A long time coming 1968

  • 2 anni fa
The first album by American rock band the Electric Flag released in 1968. "A long time coming" was an all-around American album, where blues, soul, rock and pop were joined together by an exceptional band and a guitarist in a state of grace. By the time the album came out, Buddy Miles had already replaced its founder Mike Bloomfield as the leader of the band and Bloomfield was beginning to be affected by his perennial insomnia and heroin addiction. Psych-blues driven rock with jazz influences, solid guitar and plenty of brass.
