PM security breach: SC panel holds Ferozpur SSP responsible for security lapses

The five-member committee appointed by the Supreme Court has said that Ferozepur SSP failed to discharge his duty though sufficient force was available during Prime Minister Narendra Modi's Punjab visit on January 5.
