Although Keating was credited on quite a few records around 1930, it is hard to know who is behind this pseudonym. Columbia used it on his own and its subsidiary labels for J. Albin, B. Selvin, F. Rich and S. Ballew. Several sources state that we are hearing Jack Albin here. However Albin is aka as Hotel Pennsylvania Music, Flamingo Melodians, Rhythmic Troubadors, Lloyd Keating & His Music, Frank Auburn & His Orchestra, Rudy Marlow & His Orchestra, New York Syncopators, Deauville Syncopators, Merton Dance Orchestra, Roof Garden Orchestra, Edgewater Beach Hotel Orchestra, Webster Moore & His High Hatters, Jerry Mason & His Californians, Ford Britton & His Blue Comets, Rex King & His Sovereigns, Louisiana Collegians, Will Perry's Orchestra and Ed Loyd's Orchestra... Moreover the credited vocalist, Tom Frawley, is also a pseudonym. According to the voice timbre, probably he is Bill Coty, but Tom Frawley was used for other singers as well... Whatever, this lovely record was made in 1930.
