UP Police Constable weeps over low quality food in mess

UP Police constable Manoj Kumar, posted in the court in Firozabad, reached among public with a plate in his hand, in which he is crying over the low quality of food in the police mess. The constable has to raise his voice against the black policies of his own department of indiscipline, insensitivity, and not giving proper two-time meals to the soldiers.
