Consider This: Klang (Part 1) — Environmental Woes Addressed?

According to a 2019 report by the think tank Centre for Governance & Political Studies, several Malaysian cities including most parts of Klang, could be submerged due to rising sea levels within 30 years. Most recent example of the impact of climate change was the December 2021 floods, during which more than 50 people were killed and thousands of others displaced across the country. What is being done to avert another flooding disaster in the short-term, but also to address the longer term effects of climate change?
