500 gms Pointed Gourd (Parwal)

Peeling, Deseeding & Slitting

Cooking the Parwal
4 cups Water (boiling time- 4 minutes)

Making the Sugar Syrup
1 cup Water
1 & 1/2 cup Sugar
1 Green Cardamom Pod
1 tbsp Rose Water

For the Filling
250 gms Mawa
1/4 cup Powdered Sugar
1 tbsp Almonds & Pistachios (chopped)

Stuffing the Parwal with the Filling
