DOH to launch new COVID vaccination, booster campaign on Tuesday | News Night

The country logs more cases of Omicron subvariants. The Health department says it detected 816 more cases of BA.5 subvariant in all regions except the Bangsamoro. That's nearly 14 times more than it detected from the previous genome sequencing. But the agency still doesn't see COVID-19 cases peaking even if it reported nearly 16,000 new cases in the past week.
