‘We want everything that was stolen from us to be returned’: Sri Lankan protester

Hours after President Gotabaya Rajapaksa fled the country, thousands of protesters descended onto the streets, marching toward Parliament and the Prime Minister's house.

A protester told India Today, "We want everything that was stolen from us to be returned."
