The South-East region of Australia, especially New South Wales, is reeling under the attack by a deadly parasite i.e the Varroa mite. The varroa-mite induced plague, known as Varroosis, has been causing havoc in the bee hives in Australia and has the potential to completely exterminate its bee colonies.
