9 people died in accident in Uttarakhand, flood in Himachal

After heavy rains in two hill states, Uttarakhand and Himachal Pradesh, the flood crisis has made life difficult. 9 tourists died in a painful accident due to floods in Uttarakhand. All the people were from Punjab. River and drains are overflowing with rain water and life has got derailed. Watch this video.
