There is a tremendous surge in the Balganga river in Tehri, Uttarakhand. The water level is increasing every hour and in the midst of all a cattle got stuck in the raging waves of water. The cow was stuck in the middle but people could not do anything. The Balganga valley of Ghansali witnessed heavy rains late last night, due to which the Balganga river was in spate today.
