Bris(tol) and (Harle-)Quins played two league names as per usual in that season/year, and then they faced off in the semi-final of course (so they played each other 3 times). Also, I see looking at the match fixtures-and-results that Bris only played London Irish once at that time, so maybe LondonIrish cancelled a fixture.
