Forest Protection पर Supreme Court का बड़ा फैसला, जानें क्या है आदेश ? | वनइंडिया हिंदी | #Legal

The Supreme Court has taken a big decision regarding forests and environment. According to the decision of the Supreme Court, now there will be an eco-sensitive zone of 1 kilometer around the protected forests, and national parks across the country. The court said in its order that, no permanent structure will be allowed within a radius of 1 kilometer of the eco-sensitive zone.

जंगलों और पर्यावरण को लेकर सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने बड़ा फैसला लिया है. सुप्रीम कोर्ट के फैसले के मुताबिक, अब देशभर के संरक्षित वनों, और नेशनल पार्कों के आसपास 1 किलोमीटर का पर्यावरण इको सेंसिटिव जोन होगा. कोर्ट ने अपने आदेश में कहा कि, इको सेंसिटिव जोन के 1 किलो मीटर के दायरे में किसी भी स्यायी ढांचे को अनुमति नहीं दी जाएगी.
